The twelfth question of the fatwa number ( 6744 )
Q12: I came intending to perform 'Umrah and I performed it, is it permissible for me to pass the miqat boundaries and perform 'Umrah again if I wish? Or I came and I have a commitment in al-Ta'if , and I wanted to perform 'Umrah, and I completed my 'Umrah, and I wanted to perform a second 'Umrah for myself or for one of my relatives, is that permissible or not?
A12: Yes, it is permissible for you to perform a second 'Umrah from your miqat, or from any place in al-Haram, whether the second 'Umrah is for you, or for one of
your relatives, or for someone who is not a relative; if the person for whom you are performing 'Umrah is dead, or is unable to do so due to old age or an illness that is not expected to end. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
