The first question of Fatwa No. ( 6427 )
Q1: If I travel to Makkah and perform 'Umrah, then leave, and then travel to it again a year later without performing 'Umrah, what is the ruling on that, and is there any sin on me?
A1: There is no sin on you for not entering the state of ihram for another 'Umrah on your second entry, provided you passed through the miqat to Makkah without intending to perform Hajj or 'Umrah.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
