Leaving the overnight stay at Muzdalifah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 2300 )
Q1: I performed Hajj with families who had rented a car from me for the pilgrimage. On the night of the departure, we descended from 'Arafah at nine o'clock and arrived at Muzdalifah at two o'clock, approximately. They insisted on not staying overnight at Muzdalifah , claiming that they had families with them and that the Shari'ah permits them to do so. We did not stay in Muzdalifah for more than a quarter of an hour. Is there any sin on me for this?
A1: If their situation is as you described, that they have families with them whom they fear for if they stay overnight until the break of dawn, then there is no blame on you or on them if you departed from Muzdalifah at two o'clock at night by the
approximate time; because that is after the middle of the night, and the weak and women are granted a dispensation in this out of mercy for them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
