Ruling on the pilgrim not staying overnight at Muzdalifah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
One of the female listeners from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, who identified herself by the initials (F. M), says: In one of the years, my husband and I performed the obligatory Hajj. On the Day of 'Arafah, we went from 'Arafah to Muzdalifah, we prayed the 'Isha' prayer there, and we collected the pebbles, but we did not sleep that night in Muzdalifah. We returned to Makkah by bus. Please inform us, may Allah reward you, about the validity of our Hajj, and what should we do? Do we have to pay a fidyah (ransom payment) or not? Knowing that my husband has passed away, what is the ruling on the validity of the Hajj we performed?

Answer:
If the situation is as you described, then the Hajj is valid, and praise be to Allah. The Hajj is valid. However, if you left Muzdalifah before the middle of the night, then you must offer a sacrificial animal, and your husband must offer a sacrificial animal, to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor, and the Hajj is valid. But if you left Muzdalifah after the middle of the night, in the latter half of the night, then you owe nothing, and praise be to Allah. Yes.
