If the amount of one-third is insufficient for the purpose for which the bequest was made

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: A man passed away and, during his lifetime, bequeathed one-third of the value of his house after his death to be spent on righteous deeds. He had no heirs except his full brother and his wife. The house was indeed sold after his death, and his brother and wife received their lawful inheritance. I was given the one-third and the bequest to spend it on righteous deeds on behalf of the deceased, in accordance with his will. The bequeathed one-third amounted to seventy thousand, and this amount is not sufficient to build a mosque. Is it better to participate with the aforementioned amount in building a mosque, or to hand the amount over to one of the charitable organizations to spend it on the poor and needy according to the activities they carry out to help those in need, or to donate it to help the Afghan mujahideen, or to assist newlyweds? Please inform us; may Allah reward you.
A2: If the bequest is established and the situation is as described, participate with it in
building a mosque. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
