The validity of a deceased person's bequest of one-third of his wealth to acts of righteousness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man passed away and he left behind an estate,And he said to his sons: this one-third is for me and it must be sacrificed on my behalf. Is this one-third to be taken by no one, but only to be sacrificed on my behalf at the time of the 'Id sacrifice?
He has the right to bequeath one-third of his wealth to what he sees as beneficial, such as a sacrificial animal, building mosques, printing useful books, or the like. The important thing is that Allah has granted us one-third of our wealth after our death, and we bequeath it to whatever act of righteousness we wish.
