Dedication to a Non-Muslim

The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 2618 )
Q4: What is the ruling on giving something to a non-Muslim from the meat of the sacrificial animals? Some of the scholars among us have also permitted it, and we Muslims in our country live next to people who are disbelievers in the same neighborhood, and we do not know the ruling on that. Do we give them some of the meat from our sacrifices or not, and from all our charities?
A4: It is permissible for a Muslim to give a relative, a neighbor, or any other non-Muslim some food, clothing, or the like, even from the sacrificial animal, and to give them voluntary charity if they are poor; to maintain family ties, to fulfill the right of neighborliness, and to win hearts. Allah the Exalted said:[Luqman 31:15] And He said: [Al-Mumtahanah 60:8] , and it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them) to maintain ties with her mother, who was a disbeliever at that time, and 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him)
gave a set of clothes to a relative of his who was a disbeliever, and nothing has been established in the Shari'ah that prevents this, and the original ruling is permissibility, but the disbelievers are not given from the zakah except those whose hearts are to be reconciled. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Allah the Exalted said:
But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
لاَ يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَgave a set of clothes to a relative of his who was a disbeliever, and nothing has been established in the Shari'ah that prevents this, and the original ruling is permissibility, but the disbelievers are not given from the zakah except those whose hearts are to be reconciled.
