Dedication to the People of the Book

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 6787 )
Q4: Is it permissible for a Muslim to give a gift to the People of the Book, and is it permissible to give a portion of the 'Id sacrifice to a person from the People of the Book?
A4: It is permissible to give gifts to a disbeliever and to feed him from the 'Id sacrifice and voluntary charity, provided he is not at war with us; for Allah the Exalted said:
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
