The agent does not take anything from his principal's goods

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 17670 )
Q1: A man sells another man's goods, meaning: he gives him goods to sell on his behalf with his knowledge, and this man increases the price and takes the increase for himself. Is this considered riba, and what is the ruling on one who does this?
A1: The one who sells the goods is considered an agent for the owner of the goods, and he is a trustee of them and of their price. If he takes something from the price without the knowledge of the owner of the goods, he is a traitor to the trust, and what he took is forbidden for him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
