The questioner : Is it permissible for a man to marry the daughters of his brother through breastfeeding?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions. It is not permissible for a man to marry the daughters of his brother through breastfeeding, nor the daughters of his sister through breastfeeding, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters
[An-Nisa 4:23]
These seven are forbidden by blood relation, meaning by kinship. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Breast-feeding makes unlawful (for marriages) the same things that blood tie make unlawful. يحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من النسب
Sunan Ibn Majah 1937Sahih (Darussalam)
The counterparts of these seven through breastfeeding are forbidden to a man. Thus, a man is forbidden from marrying his mother through breastfeeding, however high up the lineage, and his daughter through breastfeeding, however low down the lineage, and his sister through breastfeeding, and his paternal aunt through breastfeeding, and his maternal aunt through breastfeeding, and the daughters of his brother through breastfeeding, however low down the lineage, and the daughters of his sister through breastfeeding, however low down the lineage. Therefore, the daughters of his brother through breastfeeding and the daughters of his sister through breastfeeding, just as they are forbidden to him in marriage, are among his mahrams (forbidden relatives). It is permissible for him to be alone with them, it is permissible for them to uncover their faces before him, and it is permissible for him to travel with them, because he is one of their mahrams. However, it must be known that breastfeeding that creates a prohibition has conditions. It is required in the breastfeeding that creates a prohibition that it occur during the period of breastfeeding, meaning before the child completes two years of age and before weaning. And it must be five breastfeedings or more. If it is less than that, it has no effect. Yes.

The questioner : In his second question, this is a message from the questioner Ibrahim Harun Abu Bakr, of Sudanese nationality, residing in Iraq. He says in his question.
