Giving to a disbeliever from the 'Id sacrifice

The third question of the fatwa number ( 1997 )
Q3: Is it permissible for one who does not profess the religion of Islam to eat from the meat of the festival of sacrifice?
A3: Yes, it is permissible for us to feed a disbeliever who is under a treaty or a captive from the meat of the sacrifice, and it is permissible to give it to him because of his poverty, kinship, or neighborliness, or to win his heart; because the ritual is in slaughtering it or offering it as a sacrifice to Allah and worship of Him. As for its meat, it is best to eat one-third of it, give one-third to one's relatives, neighbors, and friends, and give one-third in charity to the poor. If one increases or decreases in these portions or is content with some of them, there is no blame, and the matter is broad in that regard. A disbeliever who is in a state of war is not given from the meat of the sacrifice; because it is obligatory to suppress him and weaken him, not to be generous with him and strengthen him with charity. The same ruling applies to voluntary charities; due to the generality of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8] , and because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Ummaymah bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) to maintain ties with her mother with money while she was a polytheist during the time of the truce. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
