Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 11754 )
Q 1: If the neighbor is a disbeliever—meaning: not a Muslim—and he does not disturb you in your worship in any way, is it permissible to give him from the sacrificial animal, and from the sheep slaughtered for the birth of your wife? We ask your Eminence to clarify this.
A 1: It is permissible to give a gift to a disbeliever from the sacrificial animal and the 'aqiqah, as a kindness to the neighbor and fulfillment of the right of neighborliness. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
