Ruling on Giving Meat from the Sacrificial Animal to a Disbeliever

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Your Eminence, is it permissible to give meat from the sacrificial animal to a non-Muslim?

Answer:
There is no harm in giving it; because of His saying (Exalted and Majestic is He):
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward themلا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ
[Al-Mumtahanah:8]. So the disbeliever with whom there is no war between us, but rather he is a non-Muslim granted safe conduct or a treaty partner, is given from the sacrificial animal and from charity. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
