If he took land from his son that he had endowed, is he allowed to compensate him for it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 17782 )
Q3: I had a piece of land, and one of my children had a piece of land, so I took my son's land
and gave it to the endowments
because of its location and to build a mosque on it. A person built it, and I helped him with a small amount of money. However, I have not yet given my son the land that I intended to give him in exchange for the land I took from him. Is that permissible or not? And if I give him the value of the land on which the people of good built a mosque, without giving him the land that is in my name, is that permissible?

A3: Your disposal of your son's land and giving it to the endowments to build a mosque is permissible, and compensating him for it with land or its value is what is required. There is no preference for him over his brothers in this; because it is in exchange for his land in which you disposed. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
