If he sees what he disapproves of in the congregation, should he leave the congregation?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 4335 )
Q1: Whatis the ruling in the religion regarding a person who sees the congregational prayer in the mosque but does not pray with them, because of what he sees and hears of unlegislated actions in the Islamic religion; such as the adhan inside the mosque and the addition
to the adhan and the dhikr circles inside the mosque while the people are between praying, bowing, and prostrating. Do I bear a sin for leaving the congregational prayer, and what is the correct course of action in that?

A1: It is not permissible for you to leave the congregational prayer in the mosque because of what you mentioned. The adhan inside the mosque is permissible, and you did not clarify the addition to the adhan. Holding dhikr circles in the mosque is prescribed in general, provided they are circles in which Islamic knowledge is taught, except when the obligatory prayer is established, in which case those circles are prohibited. As for the Sufi circles and similar innovative circles, it is obligatory to disapprove of them, but they do not prevent you from performing the prayer in congregation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
