The Takbir for Prostration of Recitation

Fatwa number ( 13206 )
Q: During the prayer, if I reach a verse of prostration, do I say takbir and then prostrate, or do I prostrate without takbir? And when I rise from the prostration, do I say takbir or do I continue with the recitation without takbir? This is what I want an answer to.
A: It is prescribed for the one praying, whether he is the imam or praying alone, if he reaches a verse of prostration, to say takbir and prostrate in the prostration of recitation, then to say takbir when he rises from the prostration; because takbir is said in every lowering and raising. As for the one who is reciting outside of prayer and reaches the verse of prostration, it is prescribed for him to say takbir and prostrate, but it is not prescribed for him to say takbir or salam afterwards; because there is no evidence for that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
