Dealing with a disbeliever and giving him from zakah and the alms given at the end of Ramadan
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of the fatwa number ( 8568 )
Q3: Whatis the ruling on living next to a disbeliever? Is it permissible to give him voluntary charity and zakat al-fitr, and to attend their funerals?
A3: It is not permissible to give them zakah, nor the alms given at the end of Ramadan, nor to attend their funerals. As for giving them from voluntary charity to win them over, there is nothing wrong with that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
