The ruling on semen that comes out after the full ritual bath

She has a second inquiry in her letter, saying: If I take the full ritual bath for major ritual impurity and finish, and then some semen comes out, is it obligatory for me to repeat the full ritual bath?
Answer: It is not obligatory, as long as the full ritual bath has already been performed, this semen has no value; because it came out without desire, its ruling is the same as urine, it has no value. The obligatory full ritual bath has been performed, so the coming out of semen resulting from the previous intercourse does not harm you. Likewise, if a man takes the full ritual bath and then semen comes out of him afterwards with the urine, that does not harm him as long as it is resulting from the previous intercourse. However, if it comes out due to a new desire, or new touching, or kissing, or something similar to these causes of semen coming out from desire, then this is new semen for which one must take the full ritual bath. If it is due to a new desire from looking, touching, or kissing, then it has the ruling of new major ritual impurity for the one from whom it came out, that he must take the full ritual bath, whether a man or a woman. But if it is a remainder of the previous full ritual bath, a remainder of the previous major ritual impurity, it does not harm and no full ritual bath is required for it.
