The twelfth and fifteenth questions of the fatwa number ( 5512 )
Q12: A brother is afflicted with a medical condition such that semen is discharged from him multiple times in a single day, with desire and without desire, and this may occur in the mosque. What is the ruling in this case?
A12: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family,
and his Companions... After that: If semen is discharged from him with desire, it is obligatory for him to leave the mosque if that occurs therein, and to perform the full ritual bath for major ritual impurity. If it is discharged without desire, it is not obligatory for him to leave the mosque, nor to perform the full ritual bath for major ritual impurity. He must perform the ablution for prayer after cleaning himself after relieving himself, and he must protect the mosque from being soiled by what is discharged from him while he is in the mosque. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
