Q2: What is the ruling on the emission of seminal fluid upon seeing a woman with desire, and is the full ritual bath obligatory or not?
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after: If the situation is as you described, the full ritual bath is obligatory upon you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
