Combining prayers with one adhan and two iqamahs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4263 )
Q2: Some jurists say: You may combine the Maghrib and Isha' prayers in the rain with two adhans, so what is the ruling on that?
A2: The Sunnah is for a person to combine the Maghrib and Isha' prayers with one adhan and two iqamahs, if there is a valid reason for doing so; such as travel, illness, or rain in a city. This is what the correct and explicit Sunnah indicates, based on the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
