The prayer of one who has had a tooth extracted and is unable to speak

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 5130 )
Q1: A man had one of his teeth extracted in the morning, and then the time for the midday prayer arrived. Naturally, the tooth was still wet and had remnants in it, so he prayed with the congregation, reciting, bowing, and prostrating, while keeping his mouth closed
and not speaking anything, but only in his heart. What is the ruling on his prayer in this state?

A1: If he is unable to speak the takbir or the recitation, his prayer is valid. If he is able to do so but leaves it, his prayer is invalid. As for the moisture or blood at the site of the extracted tooth, it is excused. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
