Wiping the neck is not one of the limbs of the ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of the fatwa number ( 9233 )
Q 2: Is it permissible to wipe the neck during the ablution, or is it not mentioned in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)?
A 2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And to proceed: It is not established in the Book of Allah the Exalted nor in the Sunnah of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that wiping the neck is a recommended practice among the recommended practices of the ablution; therefore, it is not prescribed to wipe it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
