Q3: Some people say: that one who dies as a result of a car accident is a martyr, and he has the same reward as a martyr. Is this correct or not?
A3: We hope that he is a martyr; because he resembles the Muslim who dies by being crushed, and it is authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he is a martyr. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
