The Most Appropriate Times for Reminding the Mosque Congregation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 18416 )
Q3: I am the imam of a mosque and I would like to give the people a reminder after the Maghrib prayer, but they do not like it when I remind them, and they go out of the mosque until the adhan for the Isha prayer. So, is there a sin on me if I force them to listen to the talk, or should I stop the talk, or what should I do so that they will talk with me? And may Allah reward you with good.
A3: You must choose the appropriate time to remind the mosque congregation, so do not remind them at a time that is not suitable for them. The most appropriate thing in this is to agree with them on the time they desire. And if you remind and preach, be moderate in that and do not prolong it for them. And if you advise and guide, do so with wisdom and good exhortation.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
