There is no migration after the conquest

The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 5413 )
Q5: A noble Prophetic hadith states:
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he conquered Makkah, said: There is no emigration after the conquestأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لما فتح مكة قال: لا هجرة بعد الفتح
Is this hadith authentic?
And can we understand from it that the oppressed in Afghanistan and Syria and others are not permitted to emigrate from their lands, or has Makkah become a land of Islam; therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to emigrate from it?

A5: The hadith:
There is no migration after the Conquest (of Mecca), but Jihad and sincere intention.لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ولكن جهاد ونية
Sahih Muslim 1864
It is an authentic hadith, reported in the Sahih of al-Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both),
the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "There is no emigration after the Conquest but Jihad and intentions. When you are called (by the Muslim ruler) for fighting, go forth immediately."أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال يوم الفتح: لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ولكن جهاد ونية، وإذا استنفرتم فانفروا
Sahih al-Bukhari 2825
.
Al-Hafiz said in al-Fath, regarding the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
But [it is] jihad and intentionولكن جهاد ونية
: Al-Tabi and others said: This correction implies that the ruling of what follows differs from that of what precedes it. The meaning is that the migration, which is leaving one's homeland and was an individual obligation to Madinah , has ceased. However, leaving for the sake of jihad remains, as does leaving for the sake of a good intention, such as fleeing from the abode of disbelief, going out to seek knowledge, fleeing with one's religion from trials, and the intention in all of that. End of quote. And it is good for him to leave any country if his leaving it is better for his religion, whether it is called migration or not. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
