A4: Yes, you should mention it; because there is no difference in the adhan between one who calls it alone or one who calls it with others, and because it is part of the words of the lawful adhan for Fajr. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
