The Prayer of One Who Drinks Intoxicants

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 11293 )
Q2: What is the ruling in Islamic sacred law regarding one who drinks intoxicants at night, and in the morning establishes the prayer, and the prayer forbids immorality and wrongdoing? Is his prayer valid or invalid?
A2: If a person prays the prayer having fulfilled its pillars, conditions, and obligations, it is valid. He receives its reward, and he bears the sin of drinking intoxicants. He is among those who mix a good deed with an evil deed
(7) So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (8) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
[Az-Zalzalah 99:7-8]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
