Q1: Is it sufficient to wipe the impurity that falls on mattresses and carpets with a sponge three times , or what should the Muslim do in that regard?
A1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after: It is not sufficient to wipe the impurity that falls on what was mentioned; rather, water must be poured over it until it prevails over the impurity that fell on it, such as urine and the like. And if the impurity has a substance, it is obligatory to remove it.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
