A man touches a child who has wetness from impurity on him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number (6382)
Q1: If a child comes to the gathering, for example, and there is some moisture on his clothes or trousers, and he sits on the carpet or in his father's lap or similar, what is the ruling on this moisture? This has become difficult for me to the point that I have become hesitant, and there is no power
and no strength except with Allah; because as the days pass, the home gathering or the guest room becomes unsuitable for sitting or praying in for someone whose clothes are wet. Then, what is the ruling on asking about such a matter, meaning asking about the state of the child or the gathering?

A1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And after: If a person touches a child who has moisture from impurity and finds a trace of that moisture, such as wetness, he must wash the part of his body, clothes, and the place that was affected by the wetness if it is a girl or a boy who eats food. If it is a boy who does not eat food, he sprinkles water on the place of impurity; for what is established in the hadith of Abu al-Samh (may Allah be pleased with him), the servant of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
It is only the urine of a female which should be washed; the urine of a male should be sprinkled over.يغسل من بول الجارية، ويرش من بول الغلام
Sunan Abi Dawud 376Sahih (Al-Albani)
It was narrated by Abu Dawud , al-Nasa'i , and Ibn Majah . As for when wetness is not confirmed, the original state is the purity of the body and the place, and one does not depart from the original state except with certainty of impurity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
