The remembrance of Allah in places of relieving oneself and entering the bathroom with something containing the remembrance of Allah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 1900 )
Q 2: What is the ruling on mentioning the name of Allah in the bathrooms known today, and what is the ruling on saying the takbir (Allahu Akbar) in them? And is it obligatory for a person who takes a ghusl (full ritual bath) from janabah (major ritual impurity) to recite the tashahhud while pouring water over his body?
A 2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And after: It is disliked (makruh) for a person to mention the name of Allah in bathrooms or to say the takbir in them. It is not prescribed (mashru') for one who takes a ghusl from janabah to recite the tashahhud while pouring water over his body. However, it is recommended (sunnah) for one who intends to enter the bathroom or the place of relieving oneself—whether by urination or defecation—to seek refuge in Allah from the male and female jinn before he
enters, and to say after exiting the place of relieving oneself: "Your forgiveness" (Ghafirak), and to say after finishing his ghusl and exiting the bathroom in which he took a ghusl from janabah: "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. O Allah, make me among those who repent and among those who purify themselves"; because what we have mentioned is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
