Q 1: Whatis the ruling on performing wudu' with the red water that remains in the barrels, i.e., the tanks?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. And after: There is no harm in that if its change is not due to impurity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
