Is it permissible for a woman who is appointed as a teacher to travel with other female teachers every day with a non-mahram driver who is not accompanied by a mahram? Is that permissible?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says: O honorable Shaykh, is it permissible for a woman who is appointed as a teacher...

The Shaykh : ...appointed?

The questioner : ...appointed as a teacher to travel with other female teachers every day with a non-mahram driver who is not accompanied by a mahram? Is it permissible? Is that permissible?

The Shaykh : Yes, what we see is that there is nothing wrong with it. That is, if a woman is appointed in a town other than her own, and she goes there every day and returns on the same day with her colleagues, and there is no seclusion with the driver, then there is nothing wrong with it. This is not considered travel, even if it reaches eighty or ninety kilometers, as long as they return on the same day. This is not travel, so a mahram is not required. However, what is forbidden is seclusion; the driver must not be alone with any one of them, even within the town, because seclusion with a driver is forbidden.
Yes.
