The first question of Fatwa number ( 7701 )
Q1: The good word, as the Messenger of the Two Throats (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the hadith:Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 26:239 , this complete word with its two parts, namely (La ilaha) negation and (illa Allah) affirmation, indicates the oneness of Allah the Exalted, and the second part indicating the message of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), in which book do I find it? If it is with the two parts in the Book of Allah the Exalted and the hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but what about the rest, in which book are they combined with the two parts?
A1 : The first pillar of the pillars of Islam with its two parts has been mentioned frequently in the Noble Qur'an. The first part, such as His saying the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:255]
And His saying: , and His saying: [Al-An'am 6:102] , and the second part, such as His saying the Exalted: [Al-Fath 48:29] , and His saying the Exalted: [Ali 'Imran 3:144] . As for the Sunnah, in the two Sahihs, from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Riyad as-Salihin 1075 , and in [Sahih Muslim ], from 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) he said: . And in the two Sahihs, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Ibn Hibban 4:82 , and in al-Bukhari, from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih al-Bukhari 392 , and in the two Sahihs from the hadith of 'Utbah (may Allah be pleased with him) marfu': Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 3:173 . The scholars have explained these hadiths and what came in their meaning: that whoever utters these two testimonies and commits to their rights by performing the obligatory acts, avoiding the forbidden, and being sincere in worship to Allah alone, then Allah will admit him to Paradise immediately. As for whoever dies upon some sins other than shirk and does not repent from them, he is under the will of Allah; if He wills, He will forgive him and admit him to Paradise despite his deeds, and if He wills, He will punish him according to the measure of his sin and then admit him to Paradise, as the hadiths from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) have been mass-transmitted regarding this, and because the Qur'an explains part of it by another, and so does the Sunnah. He said the Exalted: [An-Nisa 4:48] And this verse is regarding those who do not repent. As for His saying the Exalted: [Az-Zumar 39:53] it is regarding those who repent by the consensus of the scholars, and this is the saying of the people of the Sunnah and the community from the followers of
the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and those who followed their path from the people of knowledge and faith, such as the four Imams and their followers. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.

A1 : The first pillar of the pillars of Islam with its two parts has been mentioned frequently in the Noble Qur'an. The first part, such as His saying the Exalted:
Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence
And His saying:
So know that there is no god but Allah
That is Allah, your Lord; there is no deity except Him, the Creator of all things
Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves
Muhammad is not but a messenger. [Other] messengers have passed on before him.
Islam is based on five (pillars): testifying that there is no true god except Allah and that Muhammad (ﷺ) is His slave and Messenger; performing of Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat); the payment of Zakat; performing Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House [of Allah (Ka'bah)] ; and Saum (fasting) during the month of Ramadan.
While we were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) one day, a man appeared to us, intensely white in his clothes and intensely black in his hair, with no trace of travel on him, and none of us recognized him, until he sat down with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), leaning his knees against his knees, and placing his hands on his thighs, and said: O Muhammad, inform me about Islam. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Islam is that you testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and that you establish the prayer, and give zakah, and fast Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House if you are able to find a way to it. He said: You have spoken the truth. We were amazed that he asked him and he confirmed him. He said: Then inform me about faith? He said: That you believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day, and that you believe in divine decree, its good and its evil. He said: You have spoken the truth. He said: Then inform me about ihsan? He said: That you worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you do not see Him, then He sees you. He said: You have spoken the truth. He said: Then inform me about the Hour? He said: The one asked about it is not more knowledgeable than the one asking. He said: Then inform me about its signs? He said: That a slave woman gives birth to her master, and that you see barefoot, naked, and destitute shepherds competing in building tall structures. Then he departed. We waited a while, then he said to me: O 'Umar, do you know who the questioner was? I said: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said: This is Jibril who came to you to teach you your religion
Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, and that 'Isa is the slave of Allah and His Messenger and His word which He cast to Maryam and a spirit from Him, and that Paradise is true and the Fire is true; Allah will admit him to Paradise regardless of his deeds
I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.
Indeed, Allah has forbidden the Fire for the one who says: There is no god but Allah, seeking thereby the Face of Allah.
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills

قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ لاَ تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًاthe Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and those who followed their path from the people of knowledge and faith, such as the four Imams and their followers.
