Q1: Is one who believes that someone other than Allah acts in the universe a disbeliever?
A1: One who believes that is a disbeliever; because he has associated others with Allah in lordship, and indeed he is more disbelieving than many of the polytheists who associated others with Allah in worship. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
