A1: What of the arts is sculpture or image-making of living beings is forbidden absolutely at all times, except for what is necessitated by dire necessity, such as a photo for a passport, or for a mental health record, or for suspects to be identified, or for an exam or appointment for a job, or the like of that which prevents
deception or preserves security, in which case it is permitted to the extent of the necessity. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
