Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward the honorableThe Shaykh : This project was presented to me, and I am seeking your ruling on it: A group of female teachers were appointed in a very distant country. So I was offered the opportunity to rent a house for them and for my wife and me to live with them in exchange for a fee, on the condition that my wife and I take them back to their families on Wednesday, and we travel on Saturday, and so on throughout the school year. What is your opinion, O honorable Shaykh, regarding this? And do you have any words of guidance for me and their families? May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : I do not see this as permissible, because their remaining in the country constitutes travel. It is not permissible for a woman to travel except with a mahram (a relative one may not marry), unless, for example, their mahrams come and live with them, in which case there is no harm. Otherwise, she should take them at the beginning of the day and bring them back at the end of the day. In this case, we see that it is permissible, because this duration, combined with the short distance, is not considered travel.
Yes.
