Slaughter for the Jinn

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 2527 ):
Q: People from the desert come to us and say: The one who slaughters for the jinn has no prayer and no Hajj. When I heard this from them, I repented to Allah that I had not been slaughtering for the jinn. I have performed Hajj, and they say that your Hajj is invalid. Is my Hajj invalid or valid? If it is invalid, I will perform Hajj again.
A: Slaughter performed for the jinn is shirk (associating partners with Allah) with Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). If its perpetrator died without repenting, he would be eternally abiding in the Fire, and shirk does not validate any deed.
This is because Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:
But if they had associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing.
[Al-An'am 6:88]
. So thank Allah the Exalted for guiding you to repent from this great sin, which does not accept any deed alongside it. Perform Hajj anew, and if your repentance is sincere, Allah has promised the repentant person forgiveness and the replacement of their evil deeds with good ones; as He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:
(68) And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. (69) Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - (70) Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
[Al-Furqan 25:68-70]
. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
