The second question of Fatwa No. ( 3545 ):
Q2: Whatis the ruling of the Islamic Shari'ah regarding the two orders that exist in our countryAlgeriaand which are namedal-Habariyyinafter their great shaykh, who is Shaykhal-Habari, and as we know, their beloved shaykh is al-Hadrah, and they believe that they are on the right path and all other Muslims are in misguidance, so is this order valid?
A2: The correct, sound path is the one upon which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions were. Whoever follows his track in that is on the straight path. As for the orders that emerged after that, every action within them is judged by the Islamic Shari'ah: what agrees with it is accepted, and what contradicts it is rejected. This is based on the saying of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He):[Al-An'am 6:153]. We advise you to recite the Qur'an frequently and read its tafsir, especially [Tafsir Ibn Jarir ] and [ Ibn Kathir ] (may Allah have mercy on them), as well as reading the Sunnah and its explanations, especially the two Sahihs [Sahih al-Bukhari ] and [Sahih Muslim ], and the Sunan
of the four... and other books of the noble Hadith such as [Muntakha al-Akhbar], [Bulugh al-Maram], [Riyad al-Salihin], and [Zad al-Ma'ad fi Hady Khayr al-'Ibad] by the scholar Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him). And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
