The Beliefs of Some Grave Worshippers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 9478 ):
Q2: It has been mentioned to me that there are people in Algeria who are called: the grave worshippers, who hold corrupt beliefs, including: their circumambulation of the grave in a car three times, believing that this does not harm the passengers, and including: their supplication to an imam in the stone box that they make into a pillow for the deceased, and in his supplication he recites: "You, so-and-so, these questions come to you, and he mentions them, and he says: If you are asked, answer with these questions, and do not fail to answer, lest you be among the perished, and if you answer them, I guarantee you Paradise, and I guide you to the truth, and so on with their beliefs? What is required: What is the ruling on their actions, and is it permissible to pray behind them and deal with them out of necessity, and vice versa?
A2: The actions you mentioned of theirs are religious innovations that are prohibited by the Shari'ah,
and their circumambulation of the grave is an abomination and shirk (associating partners with Allah). And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
