Fatwa No. ( 6893 ):
Q: Are there any people to whom Allah revealed other than the prophets?
A: We do not know that Allah revealed to anyone other than the prophets and messengers, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon them all, a revelation of legislation. As for the revelation of inspiration, Allah revealed to the mother of Musa and to the bees. The Exalted said:[Al-Qasas 28:7] , and He said: [An-Nahl 16:68]
And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى أُمِّ مُوسَى أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ وَلاَ تَخَافِي وَلاَ تَحْزَنِي إِنَّا رَادُّوهُ إِلَيْكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَAnd your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct.
وَأَوْحَى رَبُّكَ إِلَى النَّحْلِ أَنِ اتَّخِذِي مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا وَمِنَ الشَّجَرِ وَمِمَّا يَعْرِشُونَAnd success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
