I performed Hajj two years ago with women, and we did not stay overnight in Mina

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says:The questioner : I performed Hajj two years ago with women, and we did not stay overnight in Mina, because we heard that Shaykh Ibn Baz (may Allah preserve him) issued a ruling that it is permissible to stay in Muzdalifah due to the severe crowding. Some people left and returned because of the crowding, and we had women with us. What is the ruling on this?

The Shaykh : Yes. If a person does not find a place in Mina, let him stay at the last tent, whether in Wadi Mahsir, in Muzdalifah, or on the side of al-Ma'isam. The important thing is that if he does not find a place, Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. He stays at the end of the pilgrims and he owes nothing. Yes.
