Machine translationRead the Arabic original

The first question of Fatwa No. ( 4161 ):

Q1: Is it obligatory for every Muslim to have an Islamic faction and for it to have an imam of the group, even though this leads to the division of the Muslims' affairs, the fragmentation of their unity, and their discord
and do not dispute and [thus] lose courageوَلاَ تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا
[Al-Anfal 8:46]
?

A1: It is obligatory for the Muslim to follow what came in the Book of Allah the Exalted and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in speech, action, and belief, and to love for the sake of Allah, hate for the sake of Allah, be loyal for the sake of Allah, and be hostile for the sake of Allah, and to strive to be the closest of people to the truth to the best of his ability. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
