What is the ruling on a woman among them sitting until Fajr in prayer and some specific dhikr?

The questioner : The eighth question—and it is the last in this session, if Allah wills—is that a woman among them sits until Fajr in prayer and some specific dhikr. What is the ruling on that in the Shari'ah? May Allah preserve you?
The Shaykh : There is no doubt that this is also a deviation from among those deviations I have mentioned in general and some in detail. This is a new example that contradicts the Sunnah, because it is established in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not fast a complete month other than Ramadan, and he did not complete the standing of a night in its entirety. This is the nature of the complete Islamic guidance for human beings, who have limited capacity. It is well known from many hadiths that this tone—the tone of exaggeration in worship and drawing near to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), whether by fasting, or by monasticism, or by standing in prayer all night—is the tone of an ancient, disbelieving Buddhism. Perhaps it reached the ears of some of the Companions in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and Satan made that deed attractive to them. So Allah (Mighty and Majestic) guided them through the words of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), which contain guidance and light, in the story of the group who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asking about his worship. They did not find him, so they asked his wives about his standing in prayer at night, his fasting during the day, and his intimacy with women. They told them what they knew and said that he (peace be upon him):. They attributed that to a cause that is not fitting to come from one who is mindful of his words, but the human being is not infallible. We said: This is the Messenger of Allah, and Allah has forgiven him what came before of his sin and what came after. As for us, we are in need of increasing our worship of Allah so that Allah forgives us. So they made a covenant among themselves. One of them said: As for me, I will stand in prayer at night and not sleep. The second said: As for me, I will fast all the time and not break my fast. The third said: As for me, I will not marry women. So they left on this basis. When the Messenger (peace be upon him) came and was informed of the news, he ascended the pulpit, gathered the people, and said: Sunan Abi Dawud 4788Sahih (Al-Albani); meaning: One of them says: I will not marry, the second will not break his fast, the third will not sleep at night, . And there are other hadiths, and our time has run out; therefore, I conclude the answer to this question with this hadith: Sahih Muslim 1401. So the one who keeps the entire night awake, first: she has contradicted the practical Sunnah of the Messenger (peace be upon him), as we mentioned earlier. Then she has contradicted the guidance of the Messenger (peace be upon him) to his Ummah in general, when he said at the end of that story: Sahih Muslim 1401; meaning: So whoever keeps the entire night awake is not following the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah disavowed it, just as he disavowed all those who contradict his guidance (peace be upon him). And the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). And we ask Allah (Mighty and Majestic) to increase us in guidance and to guide those who have strayed from the guidance of the Messenger (peace be upon him), just as He guided us to his Sunnah (peace and blessings be upon him). And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh. May Allah prolong your life.
The Shaykh : May Allah preserve you. Is there any other need, O Professor?
The questioner : By Allah, a second time.
The Shaykh : And I apologize, and I apologize, that I was not able to receive you at the house.
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. I say, I suggested to the brothers, but of course this is a joke, we are joking with you, that a second time I will come to the airport, I will bring with me five police officers, and we will knock on your door and enter. I failed, I failed, and I was trying to call you, and the matter is important.
The Shaykh : I, in truth.
The questioner : The Shaykh :
The Shaykh : Excuse me, when I was informed, who informed us?
The questioner : ... .
The Shaykh : No, you spoke, not at my house, at the house you spoke.
The questioner : When today?
The Shaykh : Yesterday you spoke.
The questioner: Yes.
The Shaykh : When I was informed at the house, I intended to come to you, but I was yesterday recently—and the brothers know, and I think I spoke to you or to someone else—from the morning until about five o'clock, I was busy with the hadith, and then with seeing off the noble guest to the airport alone. And if not for that, I would have come to you and spared you the police.
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh. Peace be upon you. May Allah bless you.
The Shaykh: And upon you peace.
The questioner : What service, O my Shaykh? I have not seen you for a long time, two years I have not seen you.
The Shaykh : If Allah wills, soon.
The questioner : If Allah wills, but you promised us, O Shaykh, another time, call us, we are arranging fromThe Shaykh : before you attend.
The Shaykh : Very good.
