What is the ruling if a Muslim repeats 'Umrah on the same trip?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If a Muslim goes to perform 'Umrah and then performs it, is it permissible for him to leave Makkah to the miqat and then renew the 'Umrah again and again?
Answer: If he goes out to the miqat, meaning outside the sacred precinct, I believe it is not permissible, because the Salaf did not do this. However, if he goes out to his home from which he departed, then begins another journey and starts a new 'Umrah, this is permissible. As for repeating 'Umrah as they do there, this was absolutely not the practice of the righteous Salaf, and it is an exaggeration in religion. But following one 'Umrah with another from his home from which he departs, then resuming the journey from there to 'Umrah, this is among the virtues of deeds, due to his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Follow one Hajj with another 'Umrah; for following one Hajj with another 'Umrah is an expiation for sins and a removal of poverty. تابعوا بين الحج والعمرة ؛ فإن متابعةً بين الحج والعمرة مغفرةٌ للذنوب ، ومنفاةٌ للفقر
