What is the ruling on pausing between the first takbir and the second takbir in the adhan, and on elongating the word Allahu Akbar?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is kufr (disbelief). The phrase reported from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i intends that one should not elongate the takbir, or more clearly, that one should not elongate the word "Akbar" in the phrase "Allahu Akbar." However, this is not a hadith at all. Therefore, there is no proof for one who pauses between the first takbir and the other, stops, and says: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar." Rather, the Sunnah, as we mentioned in Sahih Muslim, is: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar." This is the answer to the first part of the question. As for whether it is permissible to elongate and say "Allahu Akbaaar," it is not permissible. Nor is it permissible to elongate "Allah" and say "Allaaah." For how long? For the length of one's breath? This is an error, because this is natural elongation, and natural elongation, according to the scholars of tajwid (rules of Qur'anic recitation), is not to be elongated for more than two movements.
The student: Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Please, my brothers, please. Come on, you are not hearing? Please, the rightmost, then the rightmost. Please.
