The benefit resulting from the existence of ownership by right of hand.

The Shaykh : As we said, may Allah guide you. Today, some spouses, for one reason or another, may be compelled to bring a servant into their home, whether this servant is male or female. A harm arises there: if the servant is male, the harm concerns the wife; if the servant is female, the harm concerns the wife. What is the solution to this problem that we complain of today, especially in countries ruined by luxury and extravagance? It is jihad in the path of Allah, because among its effects is that Muslims will have male and female servants. The man is occupied with work for him in the warehouse, in the shop, and so on, and he benefits from him. As for the woman, at the time he enjoys her and takes her as a lawful means of chastity, at the same time she is in his home serving this free woman, the wife. In this, there is a benefit without any harm. Where does this come from? From jihad in the path of Allah.
