The answer is: Yes, and there are many, very many authentic hadiths regarding the time of the Night Journey and the Ascension, not just the Night Journey but also the Ascension. Anyone who wishes to look into some of the authentic hadiths can refer either to a specific treatise on this great verse by Shaykh Jamal al-Din al-Qasimi, in which he collected the authentic hadiths, though he was moderate and did not expand on the matter extensively. However, in any case, he collected the authentic hadiths. There is also another book by al-Hafiz al-Suyuti titled "The Great Verse on the Night Journey and the Ascension" or something similar. However, al-Suyuti collected in his treatise or book everything that came to mind, so we do not recommend reading this book except for scholars of knowledge. As for the general public, they should stick to al-Qasimi's treatise. This is one way. The second way is to return to al-Bukhari's book or "Sahih Muslim." It is preferable to refer to "Mukhtasar Muslim" by al-Hafiz al-Mundhiri, which I have authenticated and annotated. There, one will find authentic hadiths.
