The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 4112Hasan (Darussalam).
First: we need to trace the hadith, and then regarding "cursed," it is known that the believer is not one who curses; what is the answer?
The Shaykh : The hadith is established without the addition, so that is a weak addition.
As for the objection that the believer is not one who curses, that does not apply here at all, because the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family): does not mean that the believer does not curse one who deserves the curse, and a fortiori, it does not mean that the Messenger (peace be upon him), who when he cursed placed the curse in its proper place, does not curse. Therefore, we find in more than one authentic hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) approved of cursing and even uttered it on more than one occasion. Among the most famous of these hadiths, for example, what comes to my mind now is what al-Bukhari narrated in his *Sahih* from the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): Mishkat al-Masabih 4429: so this is a curse from him (peace be upon him).
And likewise his saying (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):Sahih Muslim 2128b This is a hadith of *Muslim*, and in a hadith of *al-Tabarani* from another chain: Sahih Muslim 2128b.
And likewise his saying (peace be upon him) in one of the hadiths:Bulugh al-Maram 8:56.
Another hadith:Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 44:29. And finally, the story is: .
So, the curse that is prohibited is not cursing in general, but rather cursing one who does not deserve the curse.
And secondly, and this is a matter of etiquette: if a Muslim stumbles, he should not say: "May Allah curse Satan," but rather he should say: "I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed," for this is more painful for Iblis, whereas if he says: "May Allah curse him," raising his head and saying: "I did this and that," this is an etiquette outside the scope of our previous topic.
As for cursing one who deserves the curse, this is permissible in the Shari'ah, and the supplication of the Messenger (peace be upon him) in the qunut of calamity:Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:271 and other tribes he mentioned, is of this kind, which descends upon those who deserve the curse among the disbelievers or the oppressors. And sufficient for us is His saying, the Exalted: [Hud 11:18] This is what I have as an answer to that question.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
This world is cursed and what is in it is cursed, except the remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and what is conducive to that, or one who has knowledge or who acquires knowledge.

المؤمن ليس باللَّعان ولا بالطَّعانthe Prophet as saying, “God has cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men.”
أن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لَعن المتشبهين من الرجال بالنساء، والمتشبهات مِن النساء بالرجالAnd likewise his saying (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
Two are the types amongst the denizens of Hell, the one possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with their help. (The second one) the women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps. These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise, although its frag- rance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).

He who has intercourse with a woman through her anus is accursed.
ملعون من أتى امرأة في دبرهاAnother hadith:
Cursed is he who slaughters for other than Allah, cursed is he who changes the boundaries of the earth
ملعون من ذبح لغير الله، ملعون من غيَّر تخوم الأرضthat a man complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) about his neighbor, so he ordered him - (peace and blessings be upon him) - to take out the contents of his house and place them on the roadside, so the man did so, and when the people passed by and saw this strange sight which they were not accustomed to, they said to him: What is the matter with you? He said: So-and-so is my neighbor and he has wronged me, and what they did was nothing but say: May Allah kill him, may Allah curse him, may Allah kill him, may Allah curse him, and this alone was sufficient to deter this oppressor from his oppression, and so he hastened and went to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) saying: O Messenger of Allah, order my neighbor to return his belongings to his house, for the people have cursed me, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, those in the heavens have cursed you before those on the earth cursed you
So, the curse that is prohibited is not cursing in general, but rather cursing one who does not deserve the curse.
