What is the grade of the hadith: (Cursed is the one who asks by the face of Allah, and cursed is the one who does not respond)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: His EminenceThe Shaykh : , What is the grade of the hadith:
Cursed is the one who asks by the face of Allah, and cursed is the one who does not respond ملعونٌ مَن سألَ بوجه الله ، وملعونٌ مَن لَم يُجِبْ
?

The Shaykh: I do not recall the status of this hadith at the moment, but I know his saying - peace and blessings be upon him - :
Nothing but Paradise must be begged for Allah's sake. لا يُسأل بوجه الله إلا الجنة
Sunan Abi Dawud 1671Da'if (Al-Albani)
, so this hadith needs to be reviewed, so look at Maysirah, as for the legal ruling, it is not permissible for a Muslim to ask by Allah for anything from the matters of this world, but if someone asks someone who has fallen into this error, then the one who is asked must fulfill his oath, and not make him swear, and he - may the prayer and peace of Allah be upon him - said in the authentic hadith:
Whoever asks you by Allah, give him, and whoever calls you, respond to him مَن سألكم بالله فأعطوه ، ومَن دعاكم فأجيبوه
Sahih Ibn Hibban 13:200
, so asking by Allah, although it is not prescribed, except that something great is asked for by it, and nothing is greater than asking for Paradise; so if someone falls into such a deviation, it is obligatory for us to seek evidence for him;
So if anyone asks you by Allah, give to him فمن سألكم بالله فأعطوه
suffices us for that hadith whose authenticity has not been established.
Other than that?
